Using the Jing Method – a mix of the best, and most researched, massage techniques, I will work with you for six sessions – usually one a week. This includes a full assessment on Day 1 and Day 4 (Please, allow for 1.5hr sessions on these days. The other days will be 1hr sessions which include a mini health assessment to benchmark your progress.)
I am a Sports and Injuries Massage Therapist dedicated to helping people move more freely and feel their best. I work with clients to relieve pain, aid recovery, and support long-term wellbeing. I’m currently completing my Level 6 Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy certification with Jing, building on my passion for understanding how the body heals and responds to touch. Every treatment is tailored to the individual. I aim to create a welcoming space where every session supports both body and mind.
